Free Consult

A free, no obligation, meet and greet is offered to all potential clients via phone or in person for up to 1 hour. This allows you to get to know me, ask questions about services in more detail, discuss what is included in the contract, etc.

Pre-Natal Meeting

At or before 36 weeks, we meet for at least one prenatal meeting. This is where we will delve deeper into your questions, preferences, and postpartum plan. This meeting is required so that I know enough information to support your household effectively.

Remote Support

Once hired, I am available by phone, text, email, messenger, etc for quick questions and support as needed between in-home or online appointments.

Video chats or phone consultations 15 minutes or more can also be scheduled as part of your support schedule.

In Person Support

In-person support can range from 2-8 hours per day and 1-3 days per week depending on your needs and my availability.

Day to day tasks vary based on each client/household, but may include:

light housework (tidying, vacuuming, dishes, turning over laundry)
prepping meals
promoting self-care (allowing you time to eat, sleep, shower, etc.)
sibling care
emotional support & birth processing
basic infant care, feeding, and sleep support
education/information regarding postpartum or early infancy topics
referrals to additional professionals if needed

Pricing

Deposit: $60.00 to hold dates & arrange pre-natal meeting. This amount is applied in full to final day of services

Remote Support: $10/hour due weekly

In Person Support: $30/hour due weekly

Pre-Pay Discount: Clients wishing to prepay for 10 hour increments of services will receive a $25 discount

Mileage: Clients more than 30 minutes from Gaylord will be asked to book a minimum of 3 hours per visit OR pay an additional mileage fee for shorter more frequent visits.
