Birth Doula Support

A free, no obligation, meet and greet is offered to all potential clients via phone or in person for up to 1 hour. This allows you to get to know me, ask questions about services in more detail, discuss what is included in the contract, etc. 

At or before 36 weeks, we meet for at least one prenatal meeting. This is where we will delve deeper into your questions, preferences, and birth plan. This meeting is required so that I know enough information to support you (and your partner) effectively.

Once hired, I am available by phone, text, email, messenger, etc for questions, conversation, and support as needed leading up to and after your birth. This can range from updates after appointments to helping you gather information about interventions or processing your experience of pregnancy, birth, or postpartum. 

Birth is unpredictable! Once your deposit is received, my on-call calendar reflects your due date and the weeks surrounding it and limits the number of additional clients I will take with overlapping potential delivery windows. If I am unavailable for a particular date that might fall within your due date range, I will always let you know at the time of booking.

This is the bulk of the birth support package. I will attend your birth and offer continuous emotional and physical comfort measures as you labor and deliver. The exact support provided differs based on your specific plan and needs. I will stay with you through delivery and first hour or two after delivery to ensure that you and baby are settled and ready for some rest. 

The total for this package is $1,200. A deposit of $200 reserves your due date, and select discounts may apply. Payment plans are available upon request.
